MyCareScope nurses provides In home and community related care for NDIS participants who require a higher level of care and Social Inclusion. MyCareScope nurse provides Individual assessment and support such as; Continence aids assessment, and training.,  Diabetic management and blood sugar monitoring., Peg feeding and monitoring peg site for infection., Stoma Care and management., Wound management and Assessment., Nutrition monitoring and Assessment., Provision of care, training and supervision of a delegated worker to respond to the complex care needs of a participant where that care is not the usual responsibility of the Health System. Such care could also be provided by our Nurses.
