What does an NDIS plan look like?
Everyone’s plan will be different, because it’s unique to your needs. The NDIA will ask questions about your lifestyle, your goals, and what kind of support you need so that a plan can be tailored to suit you.
Each year, you can review your plan with the NDIA to make sure you’re receiving the right supports. If needed, you can request one sooner.
