MyCareScope High Intensity Support team looks after our complex and high intensity NDIS participants. We will help Support and create your care plan to assist you in building your supports, hence helping in achieving delivery of quality and safe care. We will help your stake holders in achieving goals, and personal objectives, which will be reflective in your created MyCareScope Independent Care-Plan. We will support in your plan review and continually advocate for changes suited for you and your care.
